Corporate Profile

Hallmark Oil & Gas Consulting Ltd. was incorporated August 23, 1988 and has operated continuously since that time. The company name was changed from Hallmark Engineering and Resource Development Ltd. in 2001 following the closure of an association with Matrix Applied Petroleum Services.

The Company was established to provide a wide scope of engineering and technical management services for the petroleum industry in Western Canada.

The principal of the firm, Bill Irwin, is a petroleum engineer with a B.Sc. (Chem. Eng.) degree acquired in 1975 from the University of Saskatchewan. He has gained diverse technical experience through employment with domestic and foreign oil corporations and has worked as an independent engineering consultant since 1986.
